These are Infrared Photos. I was at one time going to use for an oil painting. Infrared is very interesting take on straight normal photos.

Copyright LIM 2009. (LIM is a Friend who took several photos of this type for me to particularly paint in oils.)

Yes they are fairly dramatic looking.

As an artist we all try to find something different to the norm with our art.

When I originally saw one of LIM's infrareds I saw a definite possibilty.

However, I still haven't got around to painting them. Other interests such as writing have taken over and that is really a full time situation. Maybe one day.
